Everything with the Loan ran smooth and communication was great
Always says what he does and does what he says closings Happen on time and always delivers what's promised . Highly recommen!
Patrick and team went out of their way to communicate and make it a pretty seamless process even with us changing loan types mid-way.
we would recommend !
A few set backs but the wait was worth it.
We had the best experience using Patrick for our mortgage. He guided us each step of the way and got everything processed quickly. It really lowered the stress and the headache of buying a house. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
